The bundle includes a mat converter which makes it great for cadillac excercises. The roll-up pole is also a great support for several excercise options. I enjoy doing the work outs.

Very different than guided classes

In the beginning it would be better to use work out with like a video work out since you really have to be advanced for doing it all by yourself. Now that I'm used to it I can do it without guidance but it was a bigger switch then I thought it would be. Overall, I'm happy with the reformer.

Better practice

Having a reformer at my own house gives me the time and confidence to learn certain moves. I can try over and over again to get a certain pose right whereas in class I had to move on to continue class. I really love it and it's kind of the best decision I have ever made to get my own reformer.
