CANCELLATIONS OF CUSTOM ORDERS

  • Custom or made-to-order products are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
  • These items are created to your specifications or upon your order.
  • Please contact us for clarity on whether your order is custom or made-to-order.

30 DAY RETURN POLICY

  • Return new, unused, unassembled, resalable items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
  • Refunds exclude original outbound shipping and any return shipping costs.
  • For damaged or defective items, we aim to repair or replace them. Images of damage are required for processing.

In addition to our flexible policies, we now offer a 30-day return window for your peace of mind.

  • Within this period, you can return any new, unused, unassembled, and resalable items in their original packaging.
  • Whether you've changed your mind or the product doesn't meet your needs, we're here to help facilitate your return.
  • Keep in mind that the refund issued will be for the total amount of the order minus the original outbound shipping and any return shipping costs.

  • Please ensure items, especially those shipped via Freight, are returned with appropriate packaging and documentation, including a photo of the packaged item and the RMA number on the package.
