Align Reformers have a 2 year warranty against manufacturer's defects. Note F3, and H1 are not warranted for commercial use.

Note: reformers need constant basic maintenance and cleaning. Most issues can be resolved by conducting regular, simple cleaning practices.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Method:

Orders under about 100 Lbs. ship UPS/FedEx ground. Large or heavier orders over about 100 Lbs. in total, ship LTL/Freight with a curbside delivery.

Estimated Timeline:

Returns will only be accepted with a Return Authorization Number (RNA). RNA's can be achieved by emailing to sales@biotivated.com and speaking to our customer service team. Shipping cost to return are the sole responsibility of purchaser. All goods must be returned in original condition.

If you're knew to pilates.. you have to educate yourself. There is no way to find out how the thing works by yourself. I used videos and I'm getting better at it. It takes time thought. However, the machine is beautiful and I think that I'm happy with it.
